Opening in November 2003, Indulge is an award winning restaurant with a great appreciation for local produce. Owners Mitchell and Marleen have owned the business for 8 years and work with local producers to create seasonal menus and showcase what the region has to offer.

There is a motto for the delicious food served at Indulge Bistro Bundaberg.
This is food that is nurtured, picked and prepared by local producers who are as passionate about quality as we are.
We are happily obsessive about sourcing and cooking with local ingredients, Indulge have created an extended family of local growers. Suppliers have become friends and valued customers, who know the deep satisfaction of watching their own carefully tended fresh ingredients transformed into sublime food on the table.
Seasonal breakfast and lunch menus highlight food that is handmade from local ingredients.
Weddings, birthdays, corporate events and celebrations of all kinds – Indulge Bistro will make it an event to remember. Our exquisite food, classic setting and impeccable service has made Indulge Bistro events calendar highlights for clients and guests.
French cuisine is a heavy influence on our menu due to Owner Marleen and Restaurant manager Laureen bringing there style and passion from Europe.
Indulge is also famous for its sumptuous house-made array of desserts and breads (macarons, cakes, friands, savoury muffins and breads, brioche, tarts, quiches, pizzas).
Smashed macadamia and maple butter, whipped honey butter, passionfruit curd, lime and chilli aioli, granola, slow roasted tomato ragu, roasted beetroot, heirloom tomato relish and Tina berries jam are all made from local ingredients.
Traditional handmade sourdough breads, panini and pastries (almond croissants, pain au chocolate, Pasta made by local Italian Emilia, gluten free bread, goat cheese and smoked meats (duck ham, ribs, smoked chicken, double smoked bacon) have pride of place.
Indulge is as dedicated to coffee (single origin Jasper coffee).
